Taught & Facilitated Hours
Online sessions: 20 sessions = 40 hours
Residential retreats: 4 retreats (5 days each) = 240 hours
In-person weekends: 8 long weekends = 185 hours
Personal tutorial hours: 5 hours
Subtotal: 465 taught hours
Personal Study & Integration
Participants are expected to dedicate time to:
- Personal study
- Reflection
- Integration
- Embodied practice
This typically requires 3–6 hours per week.
Personal home study totals approximately 360 hours over the two years.
Total training hours: 825 hours over 2 years

Price & Investment
Total course fee: £6,350
- Deposit: £600 (required to secure your place)
- Payment plan: £250 per month over 23 instalments
- Group size: Limited to 5 women
